Beyond Meat plans to expand its distribution partnership with Walmart, making its plant-based products available in 2,000 stores across the United States.
Walmart will also be among the first national retailers to offer the new Beyond Burger 6-Pack, featuring the latest Beyond Burger in a convenient value pack, the company noted.
“We are proud to expand our distribution at Walmart, providing more consumers with access to Beyond Meat’s clean and nutritious plant protein products,” said Ethan Brown, founder and CEO.
“Moreover, at a time when many households are navigating rising food prices, we’re pleased to introduce our new Beyond Burger value pack – the same great-tasting burger at a lower price point, delivering 21g of protein, no cholesterol, and only 2g of saturated fat from heart-healthy avocado oil per serving,” Brown added.
Product Highlights
Beyond Meat noted that the Beyond Burger achieved the top ranking in one of the biggest national surveys of its kind in the US.
It was named a winner in a blind taste test of plant-based ‘meats’, with at least 50% of respondents rating it the same as, or better than, a comparable beefburger.
Other new additions to the Walmart assortment include Beyond Chicken Pieces. The unbreaded plant-based ‘chicken’ product has been recognised as one of the best supermarket products of 2025.
It offers 21 grams of protein per serving and only 0.5 grams of saturated fat from heart-healthy avocado oil, with no GMOs or cholesterol.
Walmart will also offer Beyond Steak Korean BBQ-Style, a flavoured plant-based ‘steak’ product. It is a pre-seasoned version of Beyond’s popular ‘steak’ tips and delivers a juicy, tender bite while boasting 20 grams of protein per serving and just one gram of saturated fat, with no GMOs or cholesterol.
