A four-acre lot in Paramus has officially been sold to a developer who is planning a 40-unit townhome community for the site, commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson announced on Oct. 28.
Liger Crossing LLC, which purchased the property at 143 West Ridgewood Avenue for an undisclosed amount, also plans to improve the historic Lutkins-Hopper-Nearing House on the lot and repurpose it into a small office building. All of the plans were approved by the Paramus Planning Board in July.
