There is maze of stunning plants and, despite being on the cusp of autumn, there were still plenty of floral items for sale.

But it does not only offer gardening equipment and plants.
There is local produce , decorations, knickknacks, books and various other interesting items.
After browsing in the shop for a while, I made my way towards the café at the back of the shop, which seemed very busy for a Monday afternoon.
I spoke to the kind and welcoming staff and ordered a classic jacket potato with tuna mayo and cheese and waited less than ten minutes for my meal to arrive.

While I waited, I enjoyed perusing the decorations on sale around the room, while sipping a bottle of Coca-Cola.
I thought my meal was a touch on the expensive side at £12.99, however, it was absolutely delicious.
The potato came packed with tuna mayo with a generous bowl of cheese on the side.
A lush green salad complemented the coleslaw and jacket potato wonderfully and I really enjoyed my meal.

There was also a selection of cakes and other sweet treats on offer but the baked potato had sated my hunger perfectly.
The entire garden centre had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with friendly faces ready to help with any questions wherever you were.
I hope to return in December when Hearts Delight houses beautiful Christmas decorations for the season.
