Information and services to help older residents live better lives will be shared next week at the Newton YMCA’s Annual Senior Health & Fitness Fair. Newton YMCA Fitness Coordinator Sarah Pittman says it’s a great opportunity for seniors to meet local vendors and see what they have to offer.
“It also helps our local businesses get their name out there, so they can provide the services they have for some of the members in our community”
The free event sponsored by Park Centre in Newton, which will be held on Wednesday from 8 to 10 a.m., will include breakfast, raffle prizes, and senior oriented presentations. Hear more about the event on today’s Let’s Talk Newton.
