Sunny, a California-based provider of fitness equipment and technology, announced the acquisition on May 9, 2025. Sunny said the move expands the company’s global footprint and strengthens its position in the growing connected fitness market.
Founded in Birmingham, England, JLL has served the U.K. market for over 13 years. With over 20 years in the industry, Sunny provides affordable, high-quality fitness equipment and technology designed to support users at every state of their wellness journey.
Orange County partner Cathrine Castaldi leads the client relationship. The Brown Rudnick cross-border team was led by London partner Matthew Edwards and London associate Stephen Wallace.
