Fire crews responded to a fire at a plant-based meat factory in Salt Lake City on Monday night, according to a report from KUTV.
The fire, located in an industrial complex on 1700 South, was first reported around 8:15 p.m.
Firefighters initially attacked the fire from inside the building but had to evacuate due to concerns of a roof collapse. The roof subsequently did collapse as crews completed a defensive attack.
No injuries were reported, including among firefighters.
