Mira Kapoor has stepped into wellness with Dhun. Located in Bandra, the holistic spa is designed for those seeking a pause from the chaos of the city.

Dhun offers holistic treatments blending traditional and modern methods.
Following the success of her skincare line, Akind Beauty, Mira Kapoor has now stepped into wellness. Shahid Kapoor’s wife has launched Dhun, a wellness centre right in the heart of Mumbai. The holistic spa aims to bridge the gap between traditional wisdom and modern convenience by offering a touch-led holistic approach to healing that doesn’t require the commitment or fleeting results of a getaway retreat.
Located away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai’s Linkin Road, Dhun is located on the seventh floor of Cosy Nook. In true Mira Kapoor style, the wellness centre is a serene, soundproof haven bathed in warm sepia tones, marble floors, natural fabrics, and soft wood accents. This 6,000 sq. ft. sanctuary is designed for those seeking a pause from the chaos, without stepping too far away from it.
Founder of Dhun, Mira Kapoor, took to her Instagram to share the story behind Dhun. She mentioned how everything in the universe is made out of sound and has a vibration which is in line with the universal melody – Dhun.
Take a look at the video here.
As reported by Conde Nast Traveller, the signature offerings include Tulya (meaning balance), a 90-minute immersive experience blending deep tissue massage, stretching, and sound therapy (Rs 12,500). The Ethera facial, developed by Mariko Hiyama, is a 60-minute Japanese lymphatic massage designed to sculpt and reduce puffiness (Rs 12,000). For emotional well-being, treatments like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) use fingertip tapping along energy meridians to alleviate anxiety and restore clarity (Rs 10,000/30 minutes).
For those pursuing more comprehensive wellness goals, Dhun also offers intensive therapies like a seven-day gut reset or dosha-balancing program for women, rooted in Ayurveda and panchakarma principles (Rs 1,75,000/7 days). Each of the 13 treatment rooms is uniquely curated to serve distinct needs: from traditional Ayurvedic therapies with herbal potlis and tailored oils to high-tech solutions like cryotherapy chambers plunging to -160°C and red light therapy beds meant to rejuvenate collagen and skin.
Following the launch, Mira was trolled on social media for the prices of the treatments that are being offered at Dhun. Many users commented about the hefty price tags. However, she has not responded to the trolls yet.
