Huawei has launched its Watch Fit 4 and Watch Fit 4 Pro smart wearables that are designed for active users who want to keep an eye on their health and reach their fitness goals.
These latest models are lighter and thinner yet manage to be even more durable.
One of the best features is the battery life which can run for up to 10 days.
And the Huawei Watch Fit 4 and Watch Fit 4 Pro are compatible with both iOS and Android.
The device has a 1.82-inch AMOLED display that’s covered with a durable sapphire glass screen.
The screen has a peak brightness of 3000 nits – that’s three times brighter than the previous model so you are assured of a sharp clear view even in strong direct sunlight so it’s no issue using the device outdoors and on the move.
The case is made from aluminium with a titanium alloy bezel which means its strong but still quite light.
There are several new features on the new Huawei Watch Fit 4 Pro including something for golfers, free divers, trail runners, hikers and anyone who loves water sports.
And this is on top more than 100 workout modes.
The watch can even automatically detect six common types of exercises like walking and running.
For golfers, the Watch Fit 4 Pro offers access to more than 15,000 courses globally and more than 1,350 in Australia to see precise distances and hazards along with wind speed and direction.
And this is a free app that does not require a subscription or any ongoing fees.

If you’re into free diving, the Watch Fit 4 can support depths of up to 40m with real time insights and safety alerts.
The Advanced Terrain Map Tracking with route navigation takes advantage of the onboard Sunflower Positioning System which offers 30 per cent more accurate GPS positioning.
There are also offline maps to help keep hikers and trail runners on course.
The Huawei Watch Fit 4 offers a range of intelligent features and can be used to track fitness and access workouts to breathe new life into their exercise.
It also supports several water sports so you can track activities like paddle boarding, canoeing, surfing and rowing.
Another new feature is Barometric Tracking which provides real time elevation data by detecting changes in air pressure.

On the health side, both Watch Fit 4 models utilise the Huawei TruSense System which tracks and measures several health and fitness indicators including heart rate and blood oxygen saturation.
Also included in the health management features is menstrual cycle management.
The Huawei Watch Fit 4 Pro is priced at $469 and available in two colours – black and blue along with a range of straps.

The Huawei Watch Fit 4 is $299 and available in black, purple and white.
The products are available to pre-order now through JB Hi-Fi and Amazon which comes with a gift card up to $100.
