ASHBURN, VA — Onelife Fitness, a growing health club brand known for its large fitness centers with expansive amenities, is planning an Ashburn location.
The 55,000-square-foot membership-based health club will be located at the Ashbrook Commons shopping center near the Ashburn Village Boulevard and Route 7 intersection. The brand already has 32 locations in the DC region, including Loudoun County clubs in Sterling and Brambleton. An opening date for the Ashburn location has not yet been announced.
“We have deep roots in Loudoun County, and we’re excited to expand to meet the community’s needs with more premier Onelife Fitness destinations,” said Onelife Fitness CEO Ori Gorfine. “Our mission is to deliver a wide variety of fitness experiences, from strength training and expert coaching to fitness classes and more, under one roof, with a price that makes fitness attainable and sustainable for life.”
Onelife Fitness Ashburn will offer members amenities from exercise equipment to recovery features. Amenities will include an indoor saltwater pool; hot tub; cold plunge; strength training area with Olympic lifting platforms and free weights; strength and cardio equipment; fitness classes like BodyPump, Zumba, and Interval training; a mind and body studio with barre, yoga, and Pilates classes; Strike boxing studio; a cycling studio; recovery studio with HydroMassage, red light therapy, and percussion and compression therapy; a kid’s club for children 3 months old to 11 years old while parents work out; and spa-style locker rooms with saunas.
“We believe that the best fitness program is the one you enjoy – and we pride ourselves on the breadth and depth of amenities and services available at our state-of-the-art facilities,” said Gorfine. “Even more so, Onelife Fitness is incredibly proud of our people and the welcoming, supportive environment in each of our clubs.”

Onelife Fitness, which has 70 locations open or planned from the South to the Mid-Atlantic, was purchased in October 2024 by Washington Commanders owner Josh Harris’s investment company. The company said it plans to continue innovating its facilities, look at opening clubs in more cities and keeping a focus on members. In February 2025, Onelife Fitness purchased two 24-Hour Fitness clubs in Falls Church and Fairfax. In addition, the brand recently made $2 million in upgrades at its expanded Brambleton location.
