GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Some familiar faces will be on season 4 of Gainesville Health and Fitness’s podcast “A Place to Call Home.”
TV20’s morning anchor, Kristin Chase, and her dad, Todd, a former Gainesville city commissioner and congressional candidate, recorded a podcast this week.
It began last year and currently has 3 seasons.
In each episode, you’ll hear the story of people with deep connections to Gainesville.
“Whether they’re from Gainesville or they are transplants to Gainesville, ultimately, we just kind of learn about their lives, what they do, and lead up to the grand question of what makes Gainesville a place to call home for them,” said host Johnathan Ross.
Kristin spoke about growing up in Gainesville and how she got into journalism, and Todd talked about his experience in business and the Navy.
Season 4, which they will be featured on, begins in August, and episodes are released biweekly.
