Leading plant-based recipe kit subscription, GRUBBY has partnered with iconic meat alternative THIS as part of its NEW Plant Points menu.
GRUBBY has launched a range of dishes developed to help customers hit the recommended 30 different plants-per-week target to boost health and nutrition.
Experts, including Professor Tim Spector and the team at nutrition platform, Zoe, hail the benefits of eating a diverse range of plants to promote gut health and GRUBBY has made hitting plant targets easy, with its NEW Plant Points menu, launching this month.
The UK’s highest-rated plant-based recipe kit, has created a range of eight delicious Plant Points dishes, including recipes featuring an exclusive first recipe-kit appearance of THIS™ Super Superfood. The meals pack in up to 15.25 plant points each, making it super simple to hit the gut-health gold standard of 30 unique plants per week.
The GRUBBY Plant Points range celebrates the science-backed rise of plant diversity, which shows that the more types of plants you eat, the happier your microbiome becomes. Research has revealed benefits including better digestion, improved immunity, and even sharper mental clarity.
Choose from mouth-watering recipes, such as THIS™ Super Superfood Barbacoa Bowl recipe – a groundbreaking blend of shiitake mushrooms, fava beans, and seed varieties. High in prebiotic fibre and iron, this next-generation plant-based ingredient boosts gut bacteria and supports energy levels.
As part of the new launch, GRUBBY will also highlight weekly recipe combinations designed to maximise plant-point diversity. These expert picks take into account overlapping ingredients, so customers can easily choose the four recipes that deliver the highest number of unique plants – making gut-healthy eating even more simple.
Martin Holden-White, founder of GRUBBY, said: “We’re all about helping people eat more plants without overthinking it. The science around plant points is undeniable, and our customers are already smashing their weekly targets, but this our NEW Plant Points range takes the power of plants to another level, flavour-first, gut-friendly, and genuinely exciting to cook and eat.
“We’re especially proud to be the first recipe kit to bring THIS™ Super Superfood into UK homes. These aren’t just on-trend ingredients — they’re part of a smarter, more sustainable way to eat and we’re excited to share them with our customers.”
